It's a 1953 Lincoln "Fifty X-100" concept car. The picture from the interior of your dad's car was probably a regular production Lincoln...

oh sorry...Well then, for SURE, it's from either a '65 or '66 Oldsmobile full size model (both years shared the same dash), but by the picture, it's impossible to say exactly which model (Jetstar, Dynamic, Delta, Ninety Eight...)
