Sounds similar to D!ck Kerney's car. I'll say 8.55@160 with the proper tuning and suspension

If you don't mind me asking... What is the deck height of your block?

Is this a Chicago-style hotdog w/everything or just a plain mass-distributed, cardboard-tasting dog?

My winning answer will depend on it!! :D

I would think depending on the weight that you should be able to get
the car into the 8.4 @ 162MPH. This is assuming the car is about 3200lbs.

Once you get the car sorted out I would suggest a turbo upgrade.
You could convert the header flange to t6 and run a GT55 with a .96 AR.
This will give you the ability for an extra 350HP.
This would get you into the 7.75 range at 176MPH

FBSideoiler427, The hot dogs they serve at beech bend. Not quite the deluxe chitown dog, but not quite cardboard either, i guess somewheredown the middle. NCTURBOS, i'll have to check my paperwork and get back to you. Otto, if you win a ford focus in a contest, can you ask for a caddy instead??!! :p THem funnel cakes are good stuff though... ;) John Wilde, haven't weighed the car yet, but your time is noted! Yours too george. BTW, who is that in your avatar John?

Have you driven anything this fast before? If you have then I'll say 8.6's at around 160-165. If you haven't and you still have to sort the suspension out then I'll say mid to high 9's right out of the trailer. :) Let us know.

That is Chris Chow afer a couple Red Bulls....
Just kidding he is a part japanese part american indian wrestler.
He is not very good looking and he has been called "the hotness".
Something about the irony just makes me laugh.
I am not a wrestling guy, but I have seen him in a couple Pride Mixed Martial Arts Fights. He is really bad, my wife actually hopes he will get beat up when we see his fights.

You don't think he will ET better than that on those huge tires?
The MPH will depend on the tune, with that chassis combination with mild
hp it should drive easy and et well.

I'll go 8:90 e.t. Just can't resist a good hotdog

George

Ok, I'd like to change my entry ( guess )to 8:80 e.t. With others taking 8:90 I might have to share ! 1/3 of a hotdog won't satisfy my appitite :)

One other thing, with the prize being as valuable as it is, we should establish which particular run will you use for the prize win. Without the specific run being established up front, there could be several winners. Can you imagine the feeding frenzy with 5 winners and one hotdog ? :D :) ;)
