Guys running TT chips step in please

...since my laptop crapped out (direct scan) what are you guys running to moniter and tune with while using Eric's chip's? I'd like to not blow my budget and still use his chip.

Anyone using the GenII with FT's 4inch maf pipe with a tt chip? I have the H cover 6776 and hate to choke it down with my stock maf.

same here...having the WB and WB chip, with the PL has kept an idiot like me from blowing up...cant beat the combo..

Pace, I'm diggin this setup. I didn't know the scanmaster could display the WB in realtime. I think I'll go this route.

BTW,

I forgot to mention, if you go with a Gen2, you need to run a FTS extreme chip to take advantage of the A/F ability, otherwise i think you only gain a WBo2 display in the Gen2 system.

If you want to continue with a TT chip, get you a power logger and run it and keep a standard translator in the loop. The PL will allow you to update your Scanmaster and get close to live update (5X's per second) and will display WBo2 along with several other values.

How is the TT Wideband Chip different than the standard TT chip?

one of the big differences is that you set a target AFR with the chip and away you go. It'll correct up and down as needed within a certain range. I was able to move my boost up quite a bit on test runs and it stated right at the AFR I programmed..very trick piece..even nicer if you have a powerlogger..plug and play

if i can find the instruction sheet, i can post all of the parameters that he has in there..
