Have you ever seen this ?

Today I ran into a 1986 T type, White with T tops. Also had the leather top..
But this car had a full body kit. I have never seen anything like this on a turbo car. car also had 60/40 bench seat.. full leather.

the car didnt even have bumper fillers it was all one piece. was this an option @ all or just some aftermarket set up..

Aftermarket. I remember when this kit was sold new. It was supposed to give the regal the "euro" look that was so popular at the time. Someone on here had some pics of it a while back. I've never seen one in person though. The leather top and split bench was just a ttype option. I've never seen that combination put together with ttops though.

The kit looks crazy , Like why would you do such a thing The car was parked in the driveway 4 flats, I knocked on the door but no1 answered I'm gonna go back tomorrow & see if its for sale.

Idk about the top, I've never seen that combo either I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Quite a few t-tops were dealer installed back in the day, converted from solid roof cars from the factory. Generally the quality and integrity of those dealer installed t-tops was worse than the factory installed t-tops.

If you can get a pic of the spid tag on the bottom of the deck lid.

I've never seen an '86 T-Type with a vinyl top. Leather yes, VT no. SPID should tell the story.
