I have repaired them by taking the broken off pieces and using duct tape to hold them from the back side(not the side you would glue the material to), and then joining them together with epoxy structural adhesive. Make sure you get it as smooth as possible because any inperfection will show up when the fabric is glued on. If not you can get a complete headliner through www.originalpartsgroup.com the part number is L221400 and you need to specify the color. A problem I've run into while redoing the interior on my car is that the Styroboard was brittle and cracked in some spots. I broke it all out and when to the yard in search of a better board. Most that I have found are very brittle and hard to remove from the car. Is there any other alternatives to these old Styrofoam boards for our headliners?
