I had my heads cleaned up and milled .08 Does the intake need milled also? I am having a blank of a time getting the intake bolts to line up to the heads.

i have physically forced an intake manifold to bolt down to some heads I had the crap milled out of. Every machine shop I called either wouldn't mill the intake manifold or wanted an insane amount of money to do it.

I had to clearance some of the bolt holes with a dremel and then afterwards I checked the port match (it was a single plane) and luckily only a couple ports had a very slight mismatch. Not exactly the best thing for performance but the car ran very strong regardless. 305 c.i. that pulled 105 mph in the quarter with factory heads.
You might get away with no mismatch if your intake is not port matched to your heads (my manifold was)
