I just got a Turbo-Link.......my first scan tool. Check out these numbers........I think they're bad.........real bad.

Run #1 (Worst frame)

TPS 3.16 V
O2 848
BL 118
RPM 4000
Retard 27.5
MAF 224 GPS

Run #2 (worst frame)

TPS 2.74
O2 922
BL 118
RPM 3525
Retard 25.8
MAF 223 GPS

Guys, I'm sh#t scared somethings going to give way. What can I do?

I have stock injectors, turbo. K&N filter, ported heads, Hooker Cat-back, 2800 stall, Walbro 242, hot wire..........etc..........

Naw, looks like you need a tuneup!!
It's evident the TPS is WAAAYY off, the throttle may not be wide open, thus the maf is low, thus you are in PE and the engine is fat.
Looks like the knock is false or if it's not, you would already be driving over the crank!!:eek: :eek:
Also looks like the less than WOT is part of the problem as the rpm is WAAAYY low too!
Have you been messing w/ the TV cable?
Check to see if the throttle will go WOT when you push the pedal.
Take the floormat out!

How bout motor mounts/
DP hitting the A-arm/ engine tied down?

Looks like you may be running to rich
Were you WOT.
Check for a cracked wastegate hose
 
That run was at part throttle, the knock was so bad I didn't have the guts to open it up.........and that was only 10 lbs. boost.

Problem solved..........threw the POS SuperChip in the garbage and installed a Thrasher 92........UNBELIEVEABLE............It runs awesome. BL's are at 128 right across the board, O2 don't go above 870, even at WOT. 15 lbs is a rush of smooth power, and the Retard never shows more than 1 degree. Cool...........

Glad it was simple fix!
 
Glad it is running better but 870 O2 is still pig rich. may want to turn down the FP a pound or two
