Could you list the know setup of the car. If you are running 110 and have a stock chip.....well! Even 110 with a 93 chip is going to cause problems. I would be looking at the fuel system first. Type and age of the fuel pump? Injector performance. I say this all the time. But it's the best place to start. Good fuel pressure is a must in a boosted car. 110 octane doesn't mean much when the fuel pump is taking a dump.
