Help... scanmaster died need to set IAC

Putting plenum & throttle back together and scan master died? How can I set IAC without it? Found TPS process w/o scan but nothing on IAC w/o scan, HELP!! Can you cheat IAC and keep fine tuning TPS to arrive @ decent tune w/o scanmaster?
Any ideas or details appreciated............

Unplug the scanmaster and hook it back up. Power, signal and then ground. Other than that, you need a scantool.
