first off, i'm the worst customer a vender could ask for. i want small parts, the best quality, and cheap!!

So, i met Brian- and decided to give him a try. glad i did. left him an email, he had Trip call me, and i placed my order. this was last thursday or friday. the ups man just left, today is monday. i have never got anything that fast. and i got what i asked for also.

There is a certain company out there, and i'm dying to bash them- but i don't wanna give free advertising to them.

so, if you need stuff (we all do at somepoint) give Brian a call.

GBody Parts

I ordered at power steering pressure line from Brian about 3 weeks ago.

It came three days later, I was impressed! Opened the box and there were no o-rings. Two e-mails to Brian and he said o-rings had shipped.

No o-rings one week later, so an other e-mail to Brian on Friday. Second package arrived Monday with o-rings.

All told... it took longer than it should have, but my order was filled and my voice was heard.

I would use GBODYPARTS.COM again.

I heard both good and bad about Gbodyparts, but still decided to give a try. All I can say is I'm happy I did. I first ordered bumper fillers and Brians supplier, which I'm assuming is Danko, took a little longer than they should've. Brian did what he could to make sure I got the stuff when I needed it. I also ordered some fans late Tuesday, and they'll be here by the weekend, always great when that happens. He responds very quickly to all emails, and is willing to help w/ any questions you might have. Definitely gets my recommendation.....if you've never dealt w/ Brian before, don't listen to any of the negative. Everyone has bad days....

No our suppliers are not stocking parts for our cars like they used to. Plain & simple.My new line is call Summit The sad part alot of our parts come from the company that supplies them. I can not remember when we would place an order for 10 sets of calipers & here 2 in stock shipping date 14 days later on the balance. Alternators 21+ days,etc..
We do our best but we have no idea what will sell that week. We do buy in large quanities to keep costs down & drop ship to save on shipping.

I'll be honest as possible with you. We stock as much as possible. It use to be a time when we could order when we got low & had the parts in 2 days. The economy sucks & our suppliers are not stocking like they used to & neither are we. If you need something next day no ifs, &'s, or buts, Shoot me an e-mail & ask is this in stock. We will respond honestly. Well with what our suppliers tell us.
Keep in mind we are no longer in a 96K sq ft building with 165 cars in doors but a 10,000 with 125 cars.Scott when we were in Pa. with 10 people that knew ther crap,showed up everyday wanting to work, & we had tons of parts stocked it was easy to ship quickly.
Lesson learned!

I have to agree with you there. Being someone who has changed my mind numerous times on parts between my GN and my WRX, I can tell you the economy definitely is affecting. Parts used to be so easy to sell. Now, in order to sell everything, everyone wants everything for half price. It's a great time to buy parts but a horrible time to sell. By the way, any update on those hard stainless coolant lines without the tb bypass?:biggrin:
