My brother and I each have our own computers, but we like to share all our stuff between them. However, each computer is running windows xp and when trying to access certain folders from either computer (program files, windows) it pops up that i don't have permission from the network admin. so i was wondering how i can give both computers full access to each computer. thanks for any help you guys can give.

Enabling 'simple file sharing' will most likely fix your problem. To do this open my computer, go to tools>folder options, hit the view tab, then scroll all the way down to the bottom, there you will see 'use simple file sharing'. Put a check mark next to that and apply.

edit: and do this on both computers.
