HHR SS, anyone own one?

My 07 Denali XL recently was totalled. We just bought my wife a 2013 Enclave so we now have a nice family car. Looking for something kinda fun but good on gas. I really would like a Trailblazer SS but can't justify the fuel costs.
Opinions? Thanks

I was in the same boat looking for something fun but reasonably good on fuel. Really wanted a TB SS but the fuel costs would be too high and I couldnt forsee spending the kind of cash used ones were going for on a truck that has an interior from 1999.

Test drove a 2010 Taurus SHO......real nice car, but they wouldnt give me what i wanted on my trade. Ended up with an 09 Acura TSX.....it isnt quick, but it handles excellent, they come almost fully loaded (only options you can add are nav and a backup camera) and gets 35mpg highway. (need to use premium fuel in it tho...)

got one wifes daily driver 08 HHR SS turbocharged 260HP 4banger frontmount intercooled. and its black like the GN .Hahn racecraft builds and developed the motor for GM. lots of aftermarket hp parts for the HHR SS and the cobolt ss some modded are making north of 600 hp.
