my car sure does love that super cold air! It has never ran as ahrd as it did tonight, scarry thing is i'm only running 12-13# of boost right now! makes me want to try one of those co2 inter cooler coolers!

Ha ha ha!

I thought you were talking about the cold spell we have been having here in California;) Are lows are only 32-34F but man, the cold in the morning send a chill down my spine, I must be getting soft as I'm not use to the cold anymore.

Stay warm!

Ray

i see in the upper parts of the central plains that it's in the -30's AIR TEMP which is like -60's wind chill...that is CRAZY cold...better watch out because if you are outside for like 10 minutes you might die...wish i could run my GN in that coldness! wow i remember the days when i daily drove my car in the winter here...low 20's high teens and even when the car was BONE STOCK with 15 psi the sucker would FLY...i bet it could have ran mid 13's in that kind of weather:eek:

Getting the real cold coming this way..... suppose to be 15 to 10.. but 30's is a day at the beach up here. :D

Just flipped on my magnetic block heaters for this cold spell.:(

I have been lucky the garage has been holding at 45 to 50 this year.. About 5/10 degrees better with insulation & wallboard.

in the 70s here too, and i cant wait till its 100! cause 70 is cold!

10w30 would be fine, 20w50 is for desert conditions:eek:

I recall about a dozen years ago there were reports that Anchorage, Alaska was recording temperatures of eighty below zero; while at the same time we were hitting record highs of eighty-two/ eighty-three degrees here in the Washington, DC suburbs.
I remember thinking there is a 160 degree temperature differential (measured on the degrees f scale) in the United States.
Yeah, I know Alaska isn't part of the contiguous 48...
