how do I search for Bank Forclosure's

all the sites i come up with ,and these ****$uckers all want a credit card for a 7 day free trial ,anyone with better links ,please help...

I use "REDFIN" or "Trulia"
there are others I'm sure,
thats how I found my current house, 2yrs ago was $650k, I pd $290k.
be prepared to look alot, and make alot of offers, but don't get caught up in bidding war!

Head down to your local banks and ask about real estate owned.

Search for a local Realtor who specializes in HUD and/or VA foreclosures. They might not be too friendly but they are worth the trouble if they are knowledgeable of your local market.

Also google and craigslist is your friend. Just keep at it.
