How do we get in touch with a moderator or administrator?

I have recently received +feedback from "III's 87 GN" and I received a PM to that effect. However, my public itrader rating does not reflect his feedback. How do I get this fixed?

I cannot seem to find a link directly to a "help desk" or moderator/administrator

Please advise.

Come on guys. It's not that hard, just shoot me a pm or something. I'd like to get my issue resolved.
