I have gone into "InterNet Properties" and
1. cleared history
2. deleted cookies
3. deleted files

It does clear all but a few ,,so when I start to type WWW. for a web site that I want to check out, that is when I see it pop up...

how to clear the address bar..
thanks :)

one is if its bookmarked then it will be retained, the other is try

Tools, Internet Options, Then the content tab, uncheck autocomplete for web address' , heck i would clear the forms and passwords while in there (i personally dont use the autocomplete, but thats probably where your issue is coming from)

right click on the task bar, hit properties, start menu tab,
then in the documents section hit the "clear" button.
It clears it out & your recent documents list too

I have yet to figure out how to clear out my Ebay cache. Everytime I'm on Ebay and I hit a letter, it pulls up something I searched for a year ago. Nothing like lookin for belts and finding ball gags. ;)

follow above directions and clear the forms, that will fix it

No, it didn't fix it. I've cleared that, the history and the temporary internet. I've also reset the autocomplete but yet it stays with Ebay. Weird.
