how to clesan slick

I blow my trans. cooler and getting oil underthe car and on my slicks also since there i have less traction(1.68 instead of 1.38) should i burn them more or clean them or bying new set.any help

9.94 @ 130+!? Buy a new set - or do a massive burn out and see if that helps.
