OK, so I know your thinking, go to the web site, find the 1-800 number and give them a call. Well, I've done that 4 times last week but no one picks up. No returned messages and no returned e mails. Do these guys want our business? Any suggestions on how to get sales and technical support from them?

Chris is a busy guy, Ive never met him, I'm guessing he wears alot of different hats in the shop! I think Ive talked to his wife Michelle more times than him! Most of the time she can steer you in the correct direction.

Thats strange ,I just checked the site and all is well and no 800 number,no messages etc.I didnt miss a beat at work last week,what # do you have?email address?Why dont you resend the emails or give my shop# a ring tonight ,itll roll over to my cell phone.Ill be up til 10 pm est.
