Im doing the same thing this weekend along with a thermostat and hose replacementI want to flush out the stock radiator on an 87 GN. I've looked for the drain hole and can't seem to find it. Any help will be appricated. Thanks
I remove the big hoses & flush from both ends. When flushing radiator, do the hoses need to be removed?
I posted the directions above your post. I don't take the hoses off unless you just want to get the old antifreeze out. The upper has the thermostat in it so unless the engine is hot nothing will come out there. When flushing radiator, do the hoses need to be removed?
By disconnecting the heater hose, do you mean the vacuum line to the switch so it shuts?Always glad to help guys.
No, remove both lines from the heater core because you'll be putting the flush T in them.By disconnecting the heater hose, do you mean the vacuum line to the switch so it shuts?
