How to PRINT the new manual for XFI 2.0

I can't figure out how to print the manual for the new 2.0 software. I can read the manual just fine in the program, but I would like a hard copy.

I use this program it is free and you can output to a printer, whats on your screen But you will have to select the area you want to print first, or go into the help section open up each chapter and print instead. one by one.
