How to ship a DP and cat conv

They are welded together, but if I get a box big enoough for it to fit in, its gonna cost a butt load of $$$$ to ship.
Any ideas how I can ship this thing,

Fedex home delivery.

Relatively cheap and make sure you insure it too.

Doubt it's near their lengh limit and width and breadth won't be much.

Bubble wrap it first with the large bubble stuff, no peanuts.

Copius amounts of newspaper in the ends to keep it well packed inside and not loose.

Probably $20-$25 or so to ship it to the lower 48.
