Hwy Mode A/F Ratio??

Does anybody know if the value at address $42B is actually used? I tried changing the value slightly but didn't see any change on the reported Directscan A/F ratio when in highway spark mode.

The stock code doesn't do Highway AFR mode.

Bummer, thanks Bruce, its kinda what I figured as that would just make it too easy to setup lean cruise.
