I hate the waiting game!!

Am I the only one that friggin hates the little waiting game you get to play when you have ordered the parts, but before they arrive? I'm trying to do the f-body rad and ramchargers fan conversion, and while I was buyin from ramchargers, i got a scanmaster, so I'm waiting on my fans and SM to get here. Plus I'm waiting on the fan harness from caspers. Theres just something about the anticipation of making your car better, but not being able to do it quite yet. PLus theres the whole "spent a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it yet" thing too. Don;t get me wrong, im not complaining about any of the vendors shipping times or anything, I"m just anxious to work on my car. Sorry for the random thread, but I jsut had to vent, and I was sure if anyone would understand, it would be you guys I'll let everyone know how my little mini-project turns out when It's all said and done !

Ramchargers went out of business..... I hope you get your parts, when did you order?

ordered yesterday, spoke with Jeff on the phone (here's here on the boards as "Jeff @ Ramchargers").... He didn't mention a thing about going out of business, though he did have to check to make sure they had a scanmaster available to ship, and said they didnt have anymore of the plug n play ahrnesses for the fans, so maybe theyre just selling off old inventory??

according to that thread, the mail order division stays open for a few weeks, hopefully I won;t have any problems getting my stuff. I'm glad I went ahead and ordered my fans now!

i hate waiting for parts too....ive been waiting for my alky kit for 4+ weeks now and it sucks.

I know what you mean with the waiting game. When I would go on the road for a month at a time, I would order stuff for the car all month. When I finally got home, it was like Chrismas. There were things I forgot I ordered and I would spend a few days straight working on the car.
