I need a circuit board for my Spa and I think I am getting hosed.....

I have a Dynasty brand spa (was in the house when we moved in).

Well our "local" spa dealer says I cannot get a circuit board for it anymore and has to sell me a special updated HIGH $$$$ circuit board he can get.

Anybody here know anything about these circuit boards and can they possibly be interchangable????

Any help would be appreciated!
