I am currently putting a turbo buick engine in my 84 monte carlo ss. I am planning on racing scca(road course). So I need a manual transmission. Even though I am fully aware that T-5's aren't that great, they are still pretty available and cheap. I have a few question's below:
1.) Is the T-5 even compatible?
2.) If they make adapters, where can I find them?
3.) What other transmissions will work?
4.) What type of clutch should I use?
If you think there is anymore information I should know please tell me! I need to make a descision soon.
