It is used and in good shape last i looked (7 years ago)

I think its the smoothed type with no long length bumper strip.

Dented I can vouch for that it wasn't when shipped. The surface rust on the inside will happen on any fender due to the fact it is primered.
Mike don't even get me started on how many parts you sent we ended up sending replacements for.

Richie we left a message that we have a new fender in stock.

I'm not trying to get you or anyone else started on anything Gilbert. Richie's post didn't say whether you or whoever had sent him damaged/rusted parts. I was however trying to establish if he had already bought parts or if he still needed anything. Thanks for asking though.
