i am still trying to find out what is wrong with my car first it was popping through the air cleaner and surging when the temp out side dropped it stopped that i put a scan tool on it this is what it said tell me what this means . loop status closed.

tps sensor.29-31. it kept going between these numbers

coolant temp 165 it never went over this and the fan stays on high doesnt go off.

the only thing i did tonight was set the tps to .43 the idle smoothed out it was running rough when it was at .29 i took the computer out it has some type of home made chip in it not factory
i need to find out what these specs mean please help
