IC turbo,good alky kit

Will it make a difference in power if i get a IC turbo, take off the housings and put HA housings,slap that on. I know the TA33, everything else, just asking will it work, would it flow more? I guessing no, i just know they are the same sizes(I believe) .60 ex .63.

your not gaining much at all. the turbines are basicly the same on both hotsides, your best bet would be to build a TA-21 and have the HA cover machined to fit the 86/87 wheel.

its generally not worth it for the money, unless you can do most of the work yourself.

a HA turbo with a 86/87 wheel inside. technically, its an S-trim T03B.. but i like to call it a TA-21.

if you have access to the machine work, its a super cheap upgrade, but only for a person with the acesss. otherwise if your gonna spend the money for the machine work, might as well build a TA-33. its the first of a long line of upgrades that I offer for the Carb Turbo Guys. since the compressor housing is the same size for a HA car, its easy for me to chuck the HA housing to machine in the same specs.
