IGN problems

I started my car and after about Five minutes the fuel pump shut off. I found that the IGN circuit on the fuse box for IGN 1 all three of them had no power but I have power on IGN 3 is there another fuse inline somewhere that is feed from the ignition box on the steering wheel column because I don't see one.
help please
