hey I think we all did it when we were young an foolish. Hell I still go out with friends once a week an still run into bad "opportunities" after someone looks around to see who owns a car outside. :biggrin: Good thing now is that I will be home by 9pm. Trouble usually doesn't start to later

Get a better attorney and appeal.

This kind of thing needs to be attended to and if your story is true which I beleive you then you need to take control and appeal.

These kinds of things get buried by prosecutors and and judges that really have no idea about self defense

My attorney is on retainer so I can call if need be, I let him do the work.

Of course I hate drunk idiots and is the reason I stay out of places, I dont even go to applebees if I can help it. I am an origianl ahole magnet.
