Alright, so I've posted this before about ImpalaSS......here is the final followup. Back a few months ago I bought the CP .020 over pistons from him, they were garbage and non-useable, as told to me by my engine builder anyway. So after countless attempts to get my money back, Jamie Early aka ImpalaSS finally replied to me and said he would give me my money back. I even agreed to a reduced amount from $270 to just $200, and I would pay for the shipping and ship the pistons back to him! Anyway......today is July 23rd and he had excuse after excuse leading up to today about repaying me my money. I've emailed him twice in the last few days, no response.........anyway, here is the email chain of his lies............POS!

I apologize for the delay, I haven't received my tax check or additional money to pay you. I contacted the IRS this morning and they said part of my check is going toward an unpaid school loan. They were unable to give me the amount that was going to be taken from my check or a date I might receive any funds. If i wasn't willing to work with you I wouldn't have contacted you. I made an assumption that I would have my tax check on the 13th and that was my mistake. I apologize. I leave for Memphis for my job on July 1st and I will return on July 22. I will receive a mileage reimbursement for this no matter what. I will send you the money on July 22. This is the best I can guarantee.

Well unfortunately I did not get my check today. I double checked the IRS website and it says that it will be mailed by June 13. I should receive the check next week. I will email you as soon as I get the check. I didn't have direct deposit so they mailed the check. How do you prefer to be paid?

I will refund your money in full, but I will need sometime to come up with the money. The shipping was my mistake, but not done on purpose. I'm not saying that I agree that the pistons are in bad shape , but it is obvious that you are not happy with the purchase. I have some side work coming up in the second week of June that should give me enough to refund your money. I apologize to have to make you wait , but I would have never sold the parts if I didn't need the money. As for the mileage on the vehicle, this is what was relayed to me by the original owner of the engine. I don't believe that he would have any reason to lie to me about it. Anyway please let me know if this will satisfy the situation.
