Hey what happens when the power is not disconnected before installing a chip. I thought that I had the kill switch fuse out, but I didn't. I tried to reinstall the stock chip but no start. Did I just fry the ECM (computer). Thanks in advance. Chuck

Nothing happens

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to update on my mystery. I went to the bible http://www.vortexbuicks-etc.com/ for a no start diagnosis. And so I went to the local Advanced Auto and bought a noid tester. And found that I had no spark to the plugs and no pulse to the injectors. And just as the vortexbuicks web site said it was the crank sensor...... I forgot to hook it up... big thumbs up to Eric at turbo tweak, what a nice chip. The car drives and idles great...
