I dont see any markings as far as housing, it just says precision? Do I just need to measure, and if so where exactly ?

Ok...going to show my ignorance...what exactly is a 4431, I searched it but its to sift through many long threads? What exactly do I have and whats the difference between it and other TE44 stlye turbos?
