My input shaft sits up about .250 in the bushing of my billet input drum. So I need to cut .250 off the bottom of my input shaft? The stocker sits flush.
 
Yeah if using a stock input shaft and a billet drum the input shaft needs to be cut to fit.
I dont remember what it is off the top of my head sure someone will chime in or maybe do a search
 
I got it taken care of it was about .235 and I had to knock the bushing in a little more.
