Alright, I went out there an loosened them but the bolts wont pull out. They are just sitting there loose. I dont know where to go from here.

It sounds like you've loosened the wrong bolts. You probably tried to remove the small (10mm?) bolts that hold the fan to the fan hub. These bolts have a nut on the back of them so that is why you can't remove them.

You need to remove the bigger 13mm bolts that hold the intercooler fan hub to the crank pulley. Once you've removed the fan/hub assembly you can remove the fan from the hub.

I managed to get the fan off w/o taking off the hub, I have all the hub bolts off. Now i can't get the hub off. Nothing is holding it down, but it won't come off...Any suggestions?

Pry it off with a screwdriver
