pulled my intercooler of my 86 all stock and there was oil in the piping not a massive amount but not just a lil bit what could it be reading sumthin about the pcv could it be that?

Does your passanger side valve cover have a breather in the front or a small rummer hose?

Flush out your IC. I used some gas & then flushed with water. After that I used some rubbing alcohol to remove the water. Kirbans has a kit that replaces the rubber hose that runs from the passenger side valve cover to your turbine inlet. That is most likely where the oil came from. The kit includes a K&N type of breather for the valve cover & a block off cap for the turbo.

Good luck
