Intercooler installation

I ordered my front mount yesterday and should be seeing it some time later this week and I was just wondering what I need to take off ( fenders, bumper, grill, etc.) for it fit into place. Any info is appreciated.

I've got Cotton's FMIC and it was a piece of cake to install. I only needed to remove the grill so I could move it around as I started the bolts on top.
