I've been noticing a water leak on the passenger floor board after a rain, and even after washing it. Tonight I held a hose above the air inlet for the vent/heater and it's pretty much a steady stream flowing onto the floorboard. Where is the drain for that box? I'm hoping that the drain is just a little clogged and not something serious. Any suggestions?

The evap drain is on the pass side near the bottom of the bulkhead ( firewall ). Stick a short handle phillips in the hole and wiggle it a little. You should then get wet. May just have some leaves in there.

It's either the a/c box gasket leaking or you have a rusted out firewall. Hopefully its not the firewall.

Don't forget the little rubber flapper valve on the heater box. Lower part of the heater box near the firewall against the fender.

Maybe that's what boostingbuick meant but it's on the heater box.

All you have to do is reach under the heater box and open it. Sometimes it sticks.

Well I found that little flapper door, and there was quite a bit of junk that came out. I tried the hose again, and it still leaks on the inside. How difficult is the A/C box gasket? I've replaced the heater core in it, and used an entire tube of black RTV to seal the top part of the box, does not look like a fun job to replace a gasket for the bottom part of the box. Hopefully not rust...:frown:
