Iphone Pocket Dyno+

Has anybody here downloaded the pocket dyno+ on their Iphone? It's really fun to play with. Don't know how accurate it is though. Check it out. Thanks, R.B.

Well, let me put tit this way....

I downloaded the dynolicious program....mostly because I had a gift card.

My 03' M45 shows to have about 350 hp, 0-60 in 5.9, traps 14.99

My 87 GN shows to have 147 hp, 0-40 in 9.5.....:biggrin: No 0-60 or 1.4 mile estimation because the car never got to 60+.

The car was sideways for about an 8th mile as I gently rolled into the throttle. Physically the car never got to 60, but the rear wheels were doing about 150 that's for sure.

I did run is 430 whp max Accl 0.83 g's,122.60 mph,0-60 1.97,1/8 7.44@88.91 1/4 11.86 122.55 mph . I did this like 5-6 times and all close ? Not sure how accurate it is though??

oh and 0-60 was 3.76 w/ DRs still fun none the less :biggrin:

I've made several runs and they all were pretty consistant. As far as accuracy, I don't know. The mph seemed a little high.

I dont have the plus but i downloaded the regular pocket dyno its a free app. Looks pretty cool ill have to try it on my van since the buick is in hybernation lol.

I bought it and have tried it on my truck. It was fairly close if I don't spin the tires
