No im not planning to Run this thursday but if you bring out your vette and line up with me GN VS Vette i will bring it out for a special Trip just for you ;), this time i will make sure I pack the slicks. :)

so video is finally done!!! its about 13 min racing from the past 2 weeks @ Irwindale. I'd post it online, but really I only work with high quality videos. Meaning that the video is too large for the internet. Just this 13 min. of racing is 2.79 gigs!! I prey who ever gets a copy has enough computer to watch it! To shrink it down to size would take to long.

I WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE A FREE COPY TO ANYONE THAT RAN THEIR CAR AND IS IN THE VIDEO! SHOW UP THIS THRUSDAY THE 24TH AND COLLECT!!! IF NOT you can just PM me your name and car which you ran, and I WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE SURE YOU GET A FREE COPY!

So far on the list fora copy is; I got 6. Anyone else I'm missing?

6yrs of constant street abuse on my GN running 22psi in the high 790/810 02's has to be enough proff that running rich and a bit tad slower will keep me from replacing parts. I like to keep it that way and enjoy the car rather than repairing it all the time, but dont get me wrong, this wont keep me from pushing other peeps cars who want to go fast, but with my car forget it, low 12's at 19+ psi is good enough for me. :tongue: .

oh and went brents car lets go he wont need replacement parts he will need a new motor, and i think his budged can handle it, i am also sure Lou will give him a good deal. :biggrin:

I've been away from here for 8 yrs, ( so calif) and I am trying to catch up on old times, and enjoy the car culture, once again
I have a lot on my plate during the day, and use the cars scene to unwind,

so... STFU, and enjoy. :confused:

now all we have to do is get all the buicks to hangout move often. it's fun BSing on here, but its a lot better doing it in a parking lot..

don't you use your "old timer" Meds to unwind before you put the heating pad on?

I am sorry Lou but my tunning skills are in highly demand, i am booked for the next month and half, i have been exclusively contracted by Warren Johnson and John Force teams, so i am afraid brents budget cant compete with thier plus he is small potatoes and cant afford me I'm afriad he will have to wait. :D

PS: Bobs car best run when i tunned it was 6.83, 1.47 sixty, @100mph so there, whos your daddy now? :tongue:

Maybe Lou will be able to design a new gas/brake set up for the TR so you guys can use your canes and you won't have to worry about bending your knees..

side note, i think i can be there thursday, i'm flying home tonight and not tomorrow :smile: ..
 
I'm down for it. Or, at my age, I guess that I am supposed to say that I am up for it. I want to be hallway monitor, and catch everybody smoking in the boy's room. Well, actually, I wouldn't complain about hallway monotoring the girl's room either. I am coming directly out from work, so I will be there about 2:30-3:00 p.m. Anybody know from previous experience what time the track or parking lot actually opens. Who all's coming. I want to see 2names show "sheepster the sheppard" how to get em down the track. See everybody there.

gary track opens at 4pm, racing starts at 5pm, i will show you how is done even if its a slow 8.0 second run :), will have some slicks this time so i hope they prep the track and the car will stick.. C you there.

btw what happen last time you said you were showing but never came through..

When I got to about 2 miles before the the 605 turnoff on the 91 going west, the 91 was blocked up on the far right 2 lanes, and it was bumper to bumper from there all the way up to the offramp and al the way down the 605 that I could see. I will be there tomorrow, hope to see everybody there. It's getting bad, I actually find myself going through withdrawl symptoms if I don't see turbo Buicks every so often. See everybody there.
