Is the Art Carr Streetable?

Is the Art Carr "N" stall converter streetable? Does it affect drivability on the street? My highway use is very limited. Thanks.

What is cpt? Is this the same converter? Art Carr "N" stall.

cpt is the "real" Art Carr's shop (California Performance Transmission).

Drive my car with Art Carr "N" stall NL on the street all the time...it's fine...even on the freeway it's OK...just don't expect to get good gas mileage...
