Well, I am working a pipeline job in Cameron, MO which is just less than an hour from Kansas City. My hours are long and I work 6 days a week. But Saturday nights & Sundays I will be looking for something to do. Anybody on the board in this area? I'd love to meet up with some fellow gear-heads & hang out.

I'll PM ya my cell number. If you're here in Cameron on Wednesday, I hear that's Test & Tune night at the local 1/8th mile drag strip (about 10 minutes out of Cameron).

As far as any other activities in this town, from what I can tell, there isn't a lot going on here. But I am sure there is a place or two to eat and drink. And those things are always fun to do.

Hit me up & if i can break away from work, we will meet up!

Yeah I'm a couple hours west of there, but st. joe has some cruise nights and with the racing at both cameron and glenwood I may bump into you. Busy summer for me though. there's usually a topeka buick barbecue a well as KC gatherings. How long will you be there? And are you bringing the buick? Wait, forget the buick I want to check out the SRT8.

Cool. St. Joe is only a half hour +- away. Is there a calendar of events for the area as far as gatherings & the like somewhere on the net?

I'll be here for probably 6+ months by the looks of things at the moment.

The Buick will be here in the next week I hope. And the Jeep is my DD, so it's here now.

Thanks for the info! I went to Liberty to grab some Texas Roadhouse steak Saturday night. Looks like a cool town. And it's pretty close by. I'm sure I will be there a lot on weekends.
