Keep getting code 23...manifold air temp sensor circuit

Cant figure out why I keep getting code 23 for manifold air temp sensor circuit failure. This is the sensor in air filter correct? Its plugged up and wiring looks good, need some ideas or past experiences. Also cant find my instructions for setting the iac...can someone post the link? Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue.. Just installed a new sensor and code is still there.. What did you do to fix the MAL 23 issue? Thanks in advance...
