I Just found these old chips I've had for many years and did run on my 11 second WE4 abut 10 years ago. The Kenne-Bell 9006 chip comes with full instructions and the other two do not. The MiniMag chip is from Conley Performance and is a street chip. The SC ship I believe is from Super Chips and I don't remember the parameters. $40 for all three shipped anywhere in the 48 US States.

Thanks for the comments, Chris. So, 93 octane gas today is different from 93 octane gas back in the 1990s?

Oh, and by the way, we have 100 and 104 octane Unleaded gas readily available here in Central Florida.

But your caution is a good one and I should have mentioned it in my OP.
