I believe your request is too vague. A 10.99 engine is a lot different than a 10.00, and a 10.x once is different than easy 10.x

Also, how dressed does it need to be? balancer and flex plate, intake, throttle body, fuel rails, injectors, headers, etc.

new? used? etc.

daily driver or trailer queen?

does the seller get a stock engine back in trade, and if so, what condition?

when did you need this by?

As complete as possible. High 10’s is fine. A few miles are fine. I don’t want someone else’s junk tho.

Unfortunately you will be buying a pig in a poke. I wouldn't buy any engine that I couldn't see, hear and know it's history, even then it's still a risk. Gets even more risky when you buy a modified engine.

I don’t think That price is unreasonable considering Anderson Performance stared 7500 for a champion headed 10second fresh build. ..... other shops are right there as well. I’m not asking for a brand new motor.

For the extra $1500, I'd have Anderson built it.
FWIW: Stock long block with supporting mods can go 10's.

I realize this is a parts wanted thread, but hope there is money left for fuel system, some wiring, race gas or alky system, transmission, converter, turbo, intercooler, and tires. Any thought about swapping a junk LS motor?

Is the Lc2 you seek even going in a turbo regal? if not there's less stressful avenue's to go down.
