No drilling, cutting, sanding. Bolts on to front seat bolts. Joe Tiano makes the best. Fits all computers. They aren't cheap, but they are worth it.

The one I have is a Tiano...I just bought a new PC and it won't fit. Still looking for the invoice to see exactly what I have and how much I paid for it. It is in excellent condition. Will send pics.
