Im from NE Ohio. Heres a pict of the car from the '04 Nats you probably saw it there. Sharp car by the way! Rosewood and grey combo is a tough find and sweet...seems like most are burgandy. I passed on a designers burgandy/rosewood combo because of that color interior. But if you wanted that color designers according to the marketing manual you had to get the burgandy interior.

Well guys, I did get the guy to come to a realistic price on the car.

Well good to see someone here purchased it, and now i know the owner of that super sweet sage green limited i see every year at the nationals :)

You must have gotten a really good deal if you talked him down quite a bit on the price, who knows what these limiteds are going to be worth decades down the road...

Post some pics of it next to the sage car if you get a chance, possibly bringing them both to the nationals this year in 07?

Im looking for a black limited, i found one in hemmings, but its not very nice for 47K..

Yours sounds like a much better deal!

Congrats on the purchase

Yes I did see it at the Nats. Thanks for the compliment. I almost didn't buy my car 9 years ago. I really wanted a GN. I have never seen another rosewood with grey leather before. I wonder how many others are out there, if any?

Good luck with that Limited. I spoke to the owner of that car & it sounded real nice & i feel worth the 20k he was asking. You surely don't see nice Limited's for sale often & it would take a lot more than 20k to get mine from me.

Thanks Quick6'n'-K.C, that would be me. I would definatly say I did not steal the car by any means but after seeing it I would have given him his 20k in a heart beat because of the condition and rarity of this car and its one I have always wanted. I completely agree with you on these cars going through the roof decades from now. Gonna try and get picts up this weekend of it, weather permitting...might get the sage car out to. I am going to give the sage car a break from the shows for a while but fully intend on bringing the brown/gold car out to the Nats in the stock or 3-5 item class in '07. Look me up if you make it out and give me your thoughts on the car.

JC its has got to be very rare. I cant say I have seen another one. That combo works great together.

UNDER-PRESSURE it truely was. I have no intentions of selling either of these cars. I know exactly how you feel, it would take far more than that for me to part with either of them.

Limited Picts

This is the car Frank. Heres a few picts. The sun was so bright today I cant get a decent picture without major glare. I did not get the sage car out...it was sleeping :D One of these days I will get picts of all of my TRs and TTA together. I did however get out my chestnut metallic WO2 car and snap some shots of it with the 2 tone car. Its a 16k org mile car that is fairly built. Runs 10.5s@128 so far with working A/C, 2004R, and no cage ;) Just dropped in a Limit GT70 with 72s and gonna look for low 10s this fall.

New headliner in there yet?

SLOWSIXER Mike was a great guy to deal, picked me up at the airport, held the car with no deposit because he took my word. His other cars were absolutly stunning also.

Wells...No not gonna either...one small bubble just doesnt justify it, but thanks for the concern

And I wasn't slamming it about the headliner, I never saw the car, but Mike did tell me about the top, but didn't describe it as a bubble.

He offered me the 7k mile grey car for 25k but I told him I had no interest in another grey car...all it takes is money to own it

He told me that the only way that I could even see the Grey car was if I came up to look at the car that you just bought. If I would have thought that the car that you bought was as nice as it is, I would have gone and looked at it. I was afraid of the interior color. How "nice" was the grey car?
$25K buys a extremely nice and extremely low mile GN.

lol...no its a '86 black out car with grey interior and an astroroof. It was just as stock as the Limited was. It also had a sweet set of GNX wheels and tires on it, the real mccoys.

I talked to him about a month and a half ago and he told me that he grey car was definitely not for sale. I don't think that I have his # anymore and I am looking. Can you e-mail me his e-mail addy or his #?

Sounds like everything he has is real sweet. I'm very impressed with the condition of the 2 tone car & i'm glad it's in a good home. I tried talking a couple of my friends into buying the car to get it in the family so to speak but the colors seemed to throw them off. I think there will be quite a few people kicking themselves for not buying that car, including myself. :frown:

breathtaking.. thank you.. Great collection.. :)
