How about the game Operation! Take out funny bone touch the metal sides & Bleep! Wishbone was hardest!
Hotwheels oval track about 6 inches wide. Charge up the cars & the antenna counted laps as the passed start/finish line
Hotwheels on the 2 inch track that did the loop BUT passes something like spinning wheels that rubbed the side of the car & kept it going! Those were great!
Lets not forget LAWN DARTS!! The accident waiting to happen!
No wonder that was taken off the market!! LOL

Just a Six, I had something similar called the Powershift Speedway, it was an oval track (with banking!), and when the cars would come around you yanked the shifter so it would propel the car around the track! I still have mine.

How about all those Sting ray & Shcwin Chopper bikes.
In the mid to late 60's I remember the bully of the area
had a Purple Chopper with 8 ball shifter, slick wheel, mini front wheel. I ran up to his bike to lust all over it. He thought I was going to steal it. I was like 7 & he was 10. Gave me a whipping just for looking. I guess it was worth it just to see the bike.

I wanted a CHOPPER like that so bad my parents couldn't afford the high price tag.
So I kept getting those generic Sting Rays Ross bikes..
I remember customizing it with sissy bar, MAKING extra long forks that we would hack saw off other bikes.

Man those were the tinker days..

One time "PRONTO" had a Columbia Sting Ray It was an American brand & heavy.. while riding it poping wheelies
he lost the front tire & when he came down the forks dug into the
tar. What a flip he took head over heels with NO helmet!

Yeah, I had the Hotwheels a$$ slapper set too. Had to have good timing with that thing. It was pretty effective at shooting cars across the room too, if you got carried away with it.

I just found my slot cars last year, I was gonna break em out for my daughter but the contacts on the track are shot, even after hours of pencil erasing, still only have continuity for a couple inches. I still have my General Lee as well as a 57 Corvette, a 69 AMX, a 70ish split bumber Camaro and a couple other wrecks. It has probably been 20 years since the were last used but they all still run. We used to set up all the long tracks, wrap the wires around the controllers and push the plug in the wall to drag race!
I know I cant be alone on this one......anybody ever wet a cats paw, hold it on the track covering both contacts and squeeze the trigger?

Try an extra fine grit sandpaper. I had to do that with the train track. Worked like a charm, way beyond eraser or rubbing the penny on it. No damage.
