I advertised this car with my Burgandy one about 2 years ago... I was not really interested in selling it but I put it out there anyway

Since then this car has been advertised in the last month or so....

Fact is these cars are over 22 years old.....and they chould not be given away......

NO THEFT RECOVERY .... and yes I did want to get a tilt column but decided to keep the car original and not modify it from its stock build....


If you are interested in buying the car let me know.....it seems as though I get a lot of opinions on here but no buyers....

I thought these cars are desirable amongst us members?

Everybody wants a deal .... NOW I see why these cars are taking years to go up in value......

Soon there will be only a few nice ones left and nobody will want to sell them....

somehow, you confused giving opinions with a potential buyer doing research and asking questions for clarification.

Thank you once again for the value lesson of TR's, but the fact remains it is a down market and yes indeed, everybody wants a deal, especially those with cash in hand.

man, i love this car. i had the same interior, except for the steering wheel, on an 87 Limited I bought new. a V8, not a turbo but a beautiful car any way. white, chrome, blue 1/4 roof with spoke wheels. sold to my brother-in-law in 2000 and he promptly totalled it.

You have had this same car for sale for about two years now at various prices. Around two years ago, you were in the market for a blue tilt column with no cruise, same as this car. Was this column intended for this car, and if so, why was it replaced? Theft or malfunction?

some like to dog a car thats for sale,trying to find any detail true/or untrue to lower the price,then as soon as it belongs to them the value magically doubles......why would anyone want the value of a TR to go down??? unless YOU are trying to buy.....

I don't think so.. easy question to answer to I think it looks great BUT I would want to see it in person before I bought it. that eliminates any problems :biggrin:

That is a beautiful color. Both outside and in. I think if you put it around 11 or 12k it would sell fast. That's ONLY because of the market. Personally, I would hold onto the car. It's worth what you are asking all day long in a strong market, which it will be again someday.

no takers yet... the first people who came and looked at my GN fought over the price...I PUT A PAINT METER ON THE BODY TO PROVE THE CAR ORIGINAL.......I sold it for $1000 more then my advertised price on this board......and it wasnt the including shipping price...either..a lot more then that.....so now here we go again....a really really nice Limited here folks....betcha $5000 nobody on this board can find a better car under $15k right now......I am including all T'S and LIMITED'S......try and find one...orginal paint...perfect interior...NEVER RACED OR MODDED.....folks these cars are a bitch to find now clean....go and look...I had 20 calls on my GN...everybody kept telling me stories about looking at junk for stupid money.....

1986 Buick Regal T-Type turbo one owner no rust

so making claims like any where in usa make you sound ridiculous...This guy has every original part and is the original owner.Your car looks very nice but with the economy being crap your lucky guy offered you 13500 take it and run...I got my gn 2 years ago from original owner with 64,000 it was COMPLETLY STOCK for $10,000 .Now with mods i have whats it worth with the ecomomy being crap $13g maybe $14g.....

P.s . I 'll take my 5 grand in Pennies....lol

I just sold my GN for almost $21k and I just sold my house for $216k when it appraised at $185k .... So don't be fooled by the "economy". When this Limited is sold then all then true buyers will be shaking their heads to why they lost a car to bull**** speculation as usual ....

And the 86 T? Close but not that close .....My car is an untouched original car .... Check the carfax on that car ....No comparison of a 87 Limited to a modified T period.....
