Line lock not working

My line lock was working and now its not at all. It sat for about 6 months. You can hear the solenoid clicking but it doesnt hold the car at all not even just in D no gas. Im thinking the valve may be shot? I dont know. ALso i replaced the PM. Could there be air in the lines preventing it from locking the fronts? Car still stops bad as usuall same as when it was working. Any ideas? THanks.

bleed the brakes so they work
